The Bianchi 17745 Accumold Trilaminate hip holster is built for S&W K- and L-Frame revolvers with 6 inch barrels, including fit for popular models such as the 19 and 586. Designed with a roll-top thumb break strap, it wraps over the hammer area to provide secure retention while still enabling a fast, instinctive draw.
