Q: Will my Tissas full size 1911 w/rail fit this?

A: No, commander sized 1911s have a 4.25 inch barrel and full sized 1911s have a 5 inch barrel so it would likely be to long. Plus with your tisas having a rail it definitely wouldnt fit. Sorry but hope this helps.
