The AccuSharp Sharpening Steel realigns the blades edge keeping all your household knives properly honed. The steel surface quickly returns the edge of a good blade in around 10 strokes. The rubber over-molded handle ensures a safe and secure grip and the collar guard safely keeps hands out of the way. The AccuSharp Sharpening Steel is 9" long.
