I received two MecGar...
I received two MecGar mags for my MKII. They are not as smooth as the OEM mags, but they worked. I had an issue with one of the mags not releasing and getting stuck in the pistol. My complaint is that Buds would not stand behind the product and told me to contact MecGar. I did some research and found that this is a common problem related to the base plate shifting. I experimented and found that pushing the mag back will allow it to release from the catch. I can get this one to work satisfactorily, seeing that they are out of stock anyway. I'll know where to look next time I need mags.

Typical Mec-Gar...
Typical Mec-Gar quality which is top notch. Some time back I had bought a genuine Ruger spare mag. It cost a lot more and simply isn't any better.
