A: Chris, This drum will fit as any AR 15 magazine will fit and function on your Kel-Tec PLR16. I got this drum and it is JUNK. Waste of money.

A: There isn't much information readily available about RWB as a manufacturer, all I found was this description for the product on other sites: "Fits all rifles/pistols that accepts your standard AR15 magazines. Will accept 5.56/.223 NOT recommended for 300 Blackout or steal cased ammo. NO graphite lube is required with this drum. Reinforced polymer feed tower."

A: Kijafe, no Sir. This and the Beta-C Drum are not recommended to fire 300BLK form both respective Manufacturers.

A: Comfort, not for the caliber 7.62x39 as this is for an AR rifle or Pistol.
