The Shield Arms G19-ME-5-MUD +5/+4 magazine extension is designed to replace the OEM base plate on factory full-capacity Glock 19 and Glock 23 magazines, adding extra rounds while keeping magazine maintenance simple with an Easy Access floor plate.
