The Guard Dog Body Armor IVPLATE is a Level IV 10x12 ceramic ballistic armor plate designed for scenario-ready performance. It uses a tiled alumina ceramic strike face paired with UHMWPE backing to help manage impact energy, while an aramid fiber anti-spall face cover helps reduce spalling. Built with a SAPI cut for mobility and a built-in rear-facing trauma pad for added comfort, the plate is built to be water, abrasion, and UV resistant. Tested to exceed NIJ 0101.06 standards, it is engineered to stop high-level threats including up to one round of .30-06 M2 Armor Piercing ammunition.
