The VISM by NcSTAR Quick Release Plate Carrier kit is built for fast action and flexible configuration, using MOLLE webbing for accessory mounting and a quick-release pull strap to separate the carrier into four panel sections for rapid removal in an emergency. The package includes a pair of Level III Plus curved shooters cut 10in x 12in ballistic PE plates sized for the front and back panels.
