A: Well it is not a pistol, it is a short barreled rifle thus the SBR in the name and is subject to NFA regulation and needs a tax stamp. Though as I understand them, MD laws still require that SBRs comply with the regulations banning specific features. So in this case I'd say no, not legal due to having the folding stock and flash suppressor. Additionally, magazines over 10 round are prohibited . https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf <br />On the other hand, MPX pistol/MPX-K models that come with a brace instead of stock or just no stock/brace at all are present on the roster and legal, you can find every listed Sig model on the roster here: https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home

A: Hi Ryan and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Details here: https://www.alleghenytrade.com/product/sig-mpx-9mm-6.5-20rd-mlok-blk-sbr ------------ Cheers and stay safe!

A: Hi Ryan, this is not a pistol, it is a SBR. It is not MD legal due to the folding stock and flash hider. The MPX K is a pistol and is MD legal, but currently out of stock https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/149026/mpx+k+pistol+9mm+4.5+black+35+1 , Stay safe & have a great day!
