The Arisaka Defense Offset Picatinny Adapter (OPA) lets you add a Picatinny rail interface to compatible Arisaka Offset Scout Mount or Side Scout Mount setups for M-Lok and KeyMod handguards. It provides a secure way to mount Picatinny-based lights and other rail-mounted accessories while keeping your accessory placement consistent with the offset/side scout system.
