The Brownells AR-15/M16 Carry Handle Scope Base mounts to the carry handle and provides a Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail surface for Picatinny rings. An open sight channel lets you retain use of the existing open sights, while cross-bar supports help prevent crushing of the carry handle area during installation.
