The Trijicon RM45 rear sight replacement mount lets you use Trijicon RMR or SRO optics on compatible Smith & Wesson M&P handgun platforms, including SD9/40 VE variants. This is a purpose-fit mount that replaces the rear sight to provide a ready-to-mount footprint while keeping your factory slide configuration requirements in mind.
