Product Overview
The ATN PS31-3HFW Gen 3 Binocular Night Vision Device is a compact, dual-tube goggle system designed to replace the legacy PS-15 class while delivering Gen 3 performance with auto-gain capability. It features independently pivoting tube housings so you can run the system in a true binocular configuration for improved depth perception and easier terrain movement, or pivot to a monocular setup for faster transitions between changing low-light and battlefield conditions. When stowed, the pivoting design helps keep a lower profile by flattening the goggle against the front of the helmet.
Key Features
- Dual-tube binocular operation for better depth perception and easier obstacle/terrain navigation
- Independently pivoting tube housings to switch between binocular and monocular use
- Designed to run flatter against the helmet for a lower stowed profile
- Uses Gen 3 image intensifier tubes with auto gain capability to adjust brightness as conditions change
- Includes helmet mount, carrying case, instruction manual, lens tissue, and one CR123 battery
