Problematic firearm....
Problematic firearm. Three trips to the range, three stellar cleanings, yet problems everytime. For testing I used specialized 300 BLK mags (Lancer l5awm and Magpul 300). Bang, click, gun jam, mortar clear. Bang, click, gun jam, mortar clear. Jammed so bad I couldn't even put the gun back on safe. The mag that came with it did no better. Another problem this firearm has is the forend hand guard slides forward. I tightened the bolts on it, twice, so hard that I nearly bent the hex key, yet even after the first mag at the range the hand guard slides forward about 1/8 inch. Another problem with this is the front take down pin is impossible to remove without a flat punch and a 16 oz rubber mallet. Cleaned and oiled it liberally but the front pin must always be hammered out. The sights that came with this are wobbly. And in the inside of the chamber is a strange silver/grey patch of metal, even my rangemaster thought that was weird. Will attach photos.
