The American Tactical FX45 Military is a full-size 1911-style semi-automatic pistol built on a durable steel frame with wood grips and a Blue/Black finish. Its single-action design, 5-inch barrel, fixed 2-dot sights, manual thumb safety, and grip safety deliver the familiar handling of a traditional service-style 1911. This TALO Exclusive package adds versatility with a dedicated .22 LR conversion kit and two .22 LR magazines, while two .45 ACP magazines support the original chambering. A range bag is also included for convenient transport and storage.

I was involved with...
I was involved with the maintenance of the .45 1911's onboard U.S.Navy submarines for over (20) years. These weapons are as good or better quality as many of the "big name" .45's that we carried onboard. Fit and finish is excellen accuracy is impressivet, I've put many and a variety of types of ammo through mine and it has functioned flawlessly. You cannot go wrong on this weapon and the price is nice too!
