The American Tactical FX45 Thunderbolt Enhanced is a full-size 1911-style semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Its five-inch hammer-forged barrel and 416 cast brushed stainless steel frame provide a durable foundation, while the lowered and flared ejection port and front and rear slide serrations support reliable handling. LPA adjustable white dot sights offer a clear aiming reference. An extended ambidextrous manual safety, beavertail grip safety, extended slide stop, Picatinny rail, and adjustable T6 aluminum trigger complete the enhanced configuration. Checkered Philippine mahogany grip panels provide a secure, classic grasp, and the pistol includes one 8-round ACT-MAG magazine.

When my gunsmith saw...
When my gunsmith saw the 45, he said... "All you need is a slight trigger modification, and you will have one hell of a 45." This gun has a smooth action, all parts are a tight fit, and it just feels good int he hands. Cant wait to get out and put some round down rage.

My FFL just received...
My FFL just received this in, it took maybe 3 days a the most. (Kudos Buds) I was a little leery as there were no reviews and very little was said in my search results about this particular firearm or the manufacturer ATi although i found their website http://www.americantactical.us/, Well I decided to go for it and it paid off...extremely accurate, Hi-End 1911 almost identical to the Colt 100th anniversary rail gun edition. Very Tight and very well made no machine marks whatsoever, I just ordered diamond rosewood grips which are going to look amazing on this...Like always buds never lets ya down, thanks Candy and thank you buds!!!
