I advise any one...
I advise any one looking to purchase a pocket hideout gun to stay away from this firearm that's made by Beretta USA as they do not honor the warranty on any way at all. After getting the firearm home we discovered what looked like a circle defect in the finish that were directly across from each other on the slide. According to a gunsmith I went to see he said it was a defect in the finish and that it looked like it was from a device used to pick up the slide after it was finished. I called Beretta they told me to send photos. I did. Then they e-mailed back and said my claim was transferred to the warranty department, I thought I was dealing with the warranty department, and the shot off a e-mail claiming they were not going to cover it. If that's the kind of customer service Beretta has them they obviously have no faith in their products manufacturing quality, espuc6the finish that's supposed to protect the firearm from the elements. Again I strongly recommend not purchasing any firearm made by Beretta USA unless you don't care that they only come with a claim of a warranty not an actual warranty.
