I bought this because...
I bought this because I wanted a .380 pistol to shoot for fun. I like the almost flat trigger and how light the pull is.The pistol is so thin that it feels like it's a quarter inch wide in your hand. You really need to have hands on the smaller side to use this comfortably. I have medium sized hands and it recoiled more than I imagined it would and I was shooting 95 grain fmj rounds. For the short time that I've had this pistol, I like it, but it's not a five star pistol in my opinion. If you want a .380 pistol and don't know what to get, you can't really go wrong with this one unless you have large hands.

The Bersa BP380cc is...
The Bersa BP380cc is an awesome gun. I also have the same gun in a 9mm, so I knew it is a good gun. I had just purchasedd a Kahr 380 a month ago and wanted to start using 380 to as a main carry gun. The (triggers) on these Bersa's are the best triggers I've ever used, they are light and have a very short, fast reset This gun is < 1 inch wide @ .98 of an inch and holds 9 rounds with one in the chamber. It's very managable with a low recoil 380 which means increased accuracy for me. The slide is easy to rack and it come with 2, 8 round mags. This isn't a pocket pistol but it can handle the heat, meaning it's durable and reliable. It is a fun gun to shoot. I think this is the best 380 you can buy at this price range and it's much lighter than the BPCC9. I'm glad to have both the BP9cc and BP380cc. They are nearly identical but the 380 is easier to shoot.

So a bit of...
So a bit of information that I had to learn the hard way. The gun is the BP380 CC. The M in the title is the first letter in the serial number. Why does the matter? Because you can think of the M serial number as "It may work or may not." During Bersa's process of making the M serial number, they had a series of inconsistent extractors produced and installed them. These extractors won't allow the gun to feed from magazine to the barrel. So it's being shipped at the time of review to the warranty center. Because it's non functional. However without being able to shoot the gun. I can still review, what I have found and experienced with it. It feels great. The grip allows for all fingers to grab and it handles great and feels better than the 2 finger grip, on more expensive.380's. The trigger pull is LONG!!!! But the trigger pull is light. About 3.5-4 lbs. So think about it as some of the other pistols with no safeties. You either get a super strong trigger pull and have to search for springs, to help to reduce it. And if you find them, the reduction is pretty minimal. The long trigger pull is super smooth and it it a suprise, when it goes off. There is no wall, to tell you when it will break. The finish is pretty bad. You can just keep cleaning it. I'm thinking of doing a Cerakote job on it. I have no doubts this firearm, will be amazing once fixed. And using it as a CC firearms, once it proves reliability. I have no doubts it will. Buds was amazing and will continue to use them, for all future purchases.
