As far as Buds gun...
As far as Buds gun shop, the shipping was fast and the customer service was good. As far as the pistol I received, the only thing that wasn't up to par was the grips. I purchased the pistol that had black grips and what I received was silver color grips. As to the pistol itself $1000 pistol comes with one mag that was totally a piece of crap magazine. I had to purchase another mag just to get the gun running. When you talk to Metro Arms, they give you links to buy other mags.

Put 200 rounds of...
Put 200 rounds of various FMJ (Federal, Winchester, Tul-Ammo) and JHP (Winchester & Remington) and no failures at all!!! Wanting the tactical version of the 3011 for years and when the price dipped below $800 I snatched one up!!! Well worth the wait! The weight virtually eliminates the felt recoil and the slide to frame fit is incredibly tight. The first one that came to FFL was so tight we could barely rack the slide even though it was drenched in cosmolene!! Refused the gun and sent it back and 3 weeks later had another that is just great!! Buds delivered the first one within 5 days of purchase, but the second one as stated came weeks later. After a thorough cleaning and lubing with Ballistol, the gun shot great and accurate w/o adjusting the sights. Groups were w/I 2" at 7 and 10 yards. My 3rd MAC 1911 and I am not disappointed! I really like the rail and the high capacity, but only came with one 14 round mag.. I already have the one without the rail and bought extra mags from MAC for it. Will not take double stack mags from PARA, RIA or Springfield Armory...get them from MAC for $25 each. Great, reliable gun!!!
