The Colt Defender O7000E is a compact 1911-style pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Its 3-inch barrel and 6.75-inch overall length make it suitable for discreet carry while preserving the familiar controls and handling characteristics of the 1911 platform. The Cerakote Stainless frame is paired with a Black Ion Bond slide, and wood grips provide a classic appearance. Novak Low Mount Carry Sights with dots support quick target acquisition, while the enhanced hammer, 3-hole aluminum trigger, standard manual safety, and upswept beavertail grip safety complete the configuration. The pistol includes one 7-round magazine and supports a capacity of 7+1 with a chambered round.

Bought it, sold it. Gritty trigger, sub-par finish and poor accuracy. Not a super critic but this gun needs gunsmithing to be good and only good, not great. Price was ok when I bought it. If you already have a colt or only want just one this is not the one for you. Imo
