The Colt Defender is a compact 1911 pistol designed for comfortable everyday carry and personal protection. This blemished Shooter's Model is new in the box and may exhibit a minor finish imperfection from manufacturing. Its lightweight aluminum frame and blued carbon steel slide create a practical two-tone configuration while keeping unloaded weight to approximately 24 ounces. A 3-inch barrel, single-action operation, 7+1 capacity, Novak sights, tactile G10 grips, and an upswept beavertail grip safety provide the familiar handling characteristics of a compact 1911.
