A: Irv - The Gold Cup Lite ( O5070GCL) does not have the checkering/lines on the front and back grip strap. The 05070xe does have (25 lpi) checkering/lines on the front and back grip strap. That is the only difference I am aware of between the two.

A: Colt has used polymer triggers on some models in the past. They've also used blackened aluminum. Generally, the polymer triggers seemed to have worked out fine. I can't find if this model has one or not. But that doesn't seem to be necessarily a reason to not get the pistol if you want it.

A: Every new Colt I've bought came with two mags. Be advised the stock photo is incorrect, the Gold Cup has a Bo-Mar style rear sight and magwell.
