The Colt Special Combat Government is a Custom Shop 1911 pistol built around the proven Government-size platform. Chambered in .38 Super, it combines a five-inch barrel with a single-action trigger system, a hard chrome finish, and wood grips. Competition-focused features include a fully adjustable Bomar-style rear sight, Novak-style front sight, enhanced hammer, three-hole aluminum trigger, lowered and flared ejection port, extended ambidextrous thumb safety, and upswept beavertail grip safety. Its traditional 1911 controls and 9+1 capacity make it suited to range use, competition, duty, and personal defense.
