beautiful grips and nicely balanced. my third colt and my intention is store and leave unfired. only issue is this was new in box but there are small scratches in the stainless steel in 2 spots. great price though and person to deal with.

This pistol is very nice to look at and handle, nicely balanced. Fit and finish is very nice, a bit loose, not as tight as my Kimbers. I fed 74 rounds of mixed 230gr ammo, ball and jhp through the two very nice 7 round Colt mags and and two 8 round Chip McCormicks with absolutly no problems. the sights seem a bit off, I was shooting high to the right until I shot about twenty rounds and figured out the sights a little. That could have been me, I am used to shooting my carry pistol a SS Ultra Raptor which is tight and deadly accurate. The Colt trigger is as good as my Kimbers. All and all a very nice pistol and a keeper, I can recomend it without hesitation. This was my 12th gun from Bud's and as usual the price and service was very good.
