Bought this as a birthday gift for my brother and we immediately took it out to the range and put 500 rounds of Winchester 9mm thru it with no issues. It's a really fun gun to shoot…super easy and smooth even with no stock or bullpup kit installed. The controls are pretty easy to figure out and use, I especially like the paddle mag release on the outer edge of the trigger guard - easy to access but not so easy that you accidentally drop the mag. The only complaint I have is the rear peep iron sight is very, very small and can be difficult to use. But the sight isn't so bad that it's a deal-breaker and my brother just threw an Sig Romeo5 red dot on there anyways and that works great. Buds as always is super easy to get guns and ammo from. I used the layaway program for this and it was fantastic

As others have said you need to get safety delete for whatever side you shoot from. It's pretty cool looking but not very practical imho. Will probably sbr it in near future.

The Scorpion Evo3 is a handgun that is not perfect but a decent platform nonetheless. I have never had any reliability issues with any cartridge brand (I've never tried reloaded though). The recoil is stouter because it is a blowback design compared to other bulky firearms that use a different mechanism. It is still manageable though. The two complaints I have about mine is one, the hand-guard is ever so slightly canted from a polymer not quite correctly molded. The second complaint is the ambidextrous safety digs into the right hand. There are fixes for both but it means spending more money.
