Description
Product Overview
The Dan Wesson Specialist Optic Ready is a full-size 10mm 1911 pistol built for controlled handling, practical sight acquisition, and duty-oriented performance. Its 5-inch barrel and semi-automatic action deliver the familiar 1911 operating system, while the ambidextrous manual safety and grip safety provide layered mechanical safeguards. Fixed Novak-style snag-free tritium night sights support low-light aiming, and the optic-ready slide allows compatible optics to be added. A 1913 Picatinny accessory rail, front cocking serrations, a tactical skeletonized hammer, an inverted rib, 25 lines per inch checkering, and a beveled magwell complete the functional configuration. The pistol uses an 8+1 capacity and includes two magazines.
