The Davide Pedersoli Howdah Side By Side pistol is a modern reproduction of Ithaca’s historic Auto and Burglar pistol. Its break-action design combines .45 Colt and .410 bore capability in a distinctive two-shot platform. The 10.25-inch barrel features six-groove rifling with a 1:48 twist rate, while the .410 chambers accept both 2.5-inch and 3-inch shotshells. A ramp front sight and folding rear leaf sight provide a classic sighting setup. The case-hardened action, blued finish, double triggers, manual extractors, and oil-finished walnut furniture complete its traditional presentation.

Hi everyone,\r \r The Pedersoli Howdah is an excellent firearm, very fine craftsmanship, and it performs excellently. The only issue I have with it, is that it's a bit to heavy at the muzzle end to shoot single handed, you should use both hands with one hand on the fore-end, and hold it like a rifle. Or, I suppose, you could use a bench rest.
