A: Luis, no paperwork/tax stamp necessary. Just letting you know even though this is called a flash can it does nothing to suppress the flash, infact it probably makes it worse. This helps direct sound and gases forward away from the shooter. It doesn't actually make it quiter but the sound goes forward instead of backwards making it sound quiter. With short barreled AR-15s this is very helpful. The shorter the barrel the louder they are. So I put a similar sound forwarder on all of my short barreled AR-15s. Hope this helps.

A: Frank, this is an incorrect photo. It's the exact same pistol but different trigger. On Diamondbacks website it has a standard milspec trigger. If you Google the upc 810035751668 you can view better pictures. Hope this helps.
