The European American Armory Witness is a compact, small-frame, hammer-fired semi-automatic pistol offered here as a dual-caliber setup with a factory-style .22 LR conversion kit. The 9mm configuration runs with a 3.6 inch barrel/slide, and the included conversion kit provides the ability to shoot .22 LR using the supplied .22 LR barrel/slide assembly. Polymer grips and 3-dot sights make it straightforward for everyday handling and target use.

This was my second...
This was my second Bud's purchase and my second Witness purchase. I was a little disappointed with Buds in that the price dropped within 2 weeks of my purchase and even though the gun was on 180 days layaway Buds refused to adjust the price. i guess the $20 difference was more important to their bottom line than mine as I went ahead with the purchase anyway. The gun is awesome. I was a little apprehensive about the polymer as I've always been a fan of the steel frame witness and thought it might be a little top heavy in the polymer. It's not. The gun has a great balance and a comfortable grip. The slides interchange with ease, on demand. So there's no monkeying around with tools at the range stall if you want to switch them out. It's nice to have that versatility. The fit and finish are flawless and thus far the gun has functioned with out any issues. Just as I expected. Great purchase. Very pleased with the gun. Little disappointed I couldn't get a break on the $20... but not enough to have not made another purchase from Buds since this one.
