The FN America SCAR 15P VPR is an ultra-compact 5.56 NATO pistol built around the proven SCAR platform. Its short-stroke gas piston system and adjustable low-flash gas regulator support dependable operation, while the 7.5-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel provides a durable and maneuverable package. Non-reciprocating dual charging handles remain stationary during cycling, and fully ambidextrous controls accommodate left- and right-handed operation. The one-piece machined aluminum upper receiver features a free-floating rail system with an optics-ready top rail for flexible sighting setups.
