Product Overview
The FN FNS-40 is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W and configured with a 4-inch hammer-forged stainless steel barrel. Its rugged polymer frame uses interchangeable backstraps for a more adaptable fit, while the stainless steel slide features front and rear cocking serrations, an external extractor, and a loaded chamber indicator. Fully ambidextrous manual safety, slide stop, and magazine release controls support use by both right- and left-handed shooters. Fixed three-dot combat sights provide a familiar sight picture, and the integrated accessory rail accepts compatible lights and lasers.
