First I have to say as always Bud's did an awesome job handling my order. That's why I always look at their inventory first. In my humble opinion they're the best gun dealer around. Now to the meat of my review. I must admit I bought the FNX-45 based on its capacity (15 rds), FN reputation, and a couple of reviews I have read. I own a Springfield TRP, Champion Operator Lightweight, SIG STX, Colt Lightweight Commander, SIG P320 45 ACP, and now the FNX-45. I put 250 rounds through it on my first trip to the range without a single issue. This was the most fun I've had at the range with one gun. It's easy to handle with minimal recoil for a 45 ACP, positive trigger reset, dead on accuracy, and the ambidextrous controls are definitely a plus. The safety / de-cocker is also a nice added safety feature. The FNX-45 is a powerful piece of self defense equipment that's a joy to shoot. If you're a 45 ACP fan this just might be the gun you've been looking for.
