Great pistol and I...
Great pistol and I really wanted to like it but I think for me it was just a personal preference discrepancy. I found it to be very accurate and a comfortable weapon to shoot. I was comparing it to a metal frame pistol and that is one of the reasons I ended up not keeping it. Pros - Came with an optic, which was a nice add and for the total price definitely worth purchasing. Accurate, felt easy to place shots well and follow up shots were quick and easy to maintain on target. Weapon handled recoil well and comparing it to another .45 seemed to do better in that regard. Cons - Poly frame - While not a deal breaker, for me the feel was undesirable. No malfunctions or failures related to the frame but it was easy to squeeze the magwell enough to affect the magazine functionality. Trigger - Stock trigger had a bit of play in it and had I kept it that would have been one of the first components I would change. Magazine - I didn't care for the rounded bit on the bottom of the mag, I understand the intended purpose but didn't care for it. Mag Release/Slide Lock - Mag release felt wonky to use as well as the slide lock and it pretty much forced me to change how I typically handle those things Overall I ended up going with a metal frame pistol over this pistol mainly due to person preference. This deal with the included optic is worth considering if you're looking for those things and don't mind the drawbacks. Looks great, and felt comfortable in my hand but the cons outweighed the pros for me, was worth giving it a chance though!
