The Glock 22 Gen 4 is a full-size semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W and built around Glock’s Safe Action operating system. Its gray polymer frame combines a textured grip with interchangeable backstraps for a more adaptable fit, while the reversible magazine catch supports left- or right-handed use. The pistol has a 4.49-inch barrel, a 7.32-inch overall length, fixed Glock sights, and a 15+1 capacity. Three magazines and a plastic storage case are included.

As always, I am impressed with Glock workmanship for polymer pistols. The Grey frame is just beautiful. The slide is nice and tight with no side wiggle, all 3 15 round mags are easy to load up to 15 rounds. Im impressed, this Gen4 is a great improvement over the gen 3 pistols. I loved my Glock 19 Gen3 because of the ergonomics, I was scared of the hump on the back strap on the full size pistols in the Gen3s, but its acutally not as bad as a Gen3, and gives my hand just a bit more purchase on the grip without being too obtrusive. I know there are prettier and more customizable guns, and I consider myself more a beretta fanboy but imho the Glock 22 G4 shoots better, more accurately, handles that .40 snap, and is the most reliable pistol you can find at this price range.
