Found an article on ammo land from July and this pistol literaly just came out this month, it is brand new. A: Erik, the only difference is the PA Model is made in Austria and the UA model is made in the USA. The price difference is due to the number of each in stock. Higher stock = lower price. Cheers and stay safe!
