A: William, If your choice is between this and the G30, G30 hands down. I would stay as far away from the 45 GAP round as I could. Some of my buddys had an infatuation with that round when it came out and now their 45 GAP Glocks just sit in the safe. Glock G30 all the way if that is your other option. 45 ACP over 45 GAP always.
