The Glock 40 Gen4 MOS is a 10mm Auto, striker-fired semi-automatic pistol built with a long sight radius and a 6.02-inch barrel for improved velocity. The MOS slide is precision-machined to accept compatible miniature red dot sights using included adapter plates. Like other Glock pistols, it uses the Safe Action trigger system with internal safeties for consistent operation from the first to the last round.

I purchased this Glock...
I purchased this Glock G40 Gen 4 MOS 10mm handgun upon learning Glock will no longer be making these. I looked around did not find many. Of those I found, it appeared the retailers were holding out for MRSP or more due to limited availability. To further complicate matters I needed the NY compliant version with 10 round mags. I located this one at Buds and was pleased to find it on sale, with free shipping and a discount for an e-check. Communication throughout the whole transaction was excellent. I got the hard to find gun I was looking for at a great price. I mounted up an Aimpoint ACRO and this setup shoots as good as it looks. I can't wait to take it deer hunting this fall! I have a G20 and just had to have its big brother. Grab one while they are still available.

Amazing gun......
Amazing gun... accurate as ever. Really handles the 10mm cartridge well, with very manageable recoil. I honestly prefer it over shooting 9mm, it is very predictable and smooth. It takes a new life when shooting bigger 200 or 230 grain Doubletap bear loads, but even still after a few boxes it was not a problem. Pick one up while you still can... Im debating getting a backup

Like all Glocks sturdy...
Like all Glocks sturdy and reliable. The only thing Glocks need are night sights and i'll be adding some soon, though most people are ok with the factory Glock sights the gun comes with.
