A: Michael, the Glock 48 has a more supported barrel than the 43x. Fully supported is a misnomer as all Glock barrels have a ramp for reliable feeding. This is the reason that there are more supported aftermarket barrels available. Issues with Glocks were mostly 40 S&W and not so much for the 9mm's, 357Sig's and 45's.

A: Gary, Nope. Totally different dimensions. (New and Improved?)10 round single stack for G48 & 43X, too wide for G43 and conventional Glock 17 round double stack magazine for the G17 are not compatible.

A: no the mags are not interchangeable the 17 is a double stack mag and is to wide to fit the single stack 48 frame
