The Iver Johnson 1911 Eagle XL DS is a full-size .45 ACP semi-automatic pistol built around a six-inch long-slide configuration. Its matte black finish, front and rear angled thin-line serrations, and lowered and flared ejection port give the pistol a practical, competition-oriented layout. Fully adjustable white-dot sights support precise point-of-aim adjustments, while the extended thumb safety and beavertail grip safety with memory cut provide familiar 1911 controls. A three-hole trigger, skeletonized hammer, slightly beveled magazine well, machined front-grip serrations, and G10 grips complete the package. The pistol holds 14+1 rounds and includes two magazines.
