The Iver Johnson 1911A1 Hawk is a Commander-length .45 ACP pistol built around the classic single-action 1911 design. Its 4.25-inch barrel and steel construction provide a practical balance of handling and durability, while the Blue/Black finish gives the pistol a traditional appearance. The pistol features front and rear angled slide serrations, an extended slide stop, an extended thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, a lowered and flared ejection port, and a beveled magazine well. Walnut double-diamond fine-line checkered grips complete the classic profile.
