Product Overview

The Iver Johnson Eagle XL Ported is a full-size 1911-style pistol chambered in 10mm and configured with a 6-inch ported barrel and slide. Its 24K gold-plated finish covers the hand-polished slide, frame, and components, while the solid 1045 steel frame and 4140 steel slide provide a substantial platform. The ported design helps reduce felt recoil and weight. This model features an LPA TRT fully adjustable white-dot rear sight with a dovetail front sight, front and rear angled slide serrations, an extended slide stop and thumb safety, a three-hole trigger, a skeletonized hammer, and a beavertail grip safety with memory cut. Black Dymondwood grips with alligator-skin checkering complete the presentation. The pistol has an overall length of 9.75 inches and weighs 44 ounces unloaded. It accepts 8-round 10mm magazines and is not intended for +P ammunition or reloads.
