A: SHENG, both are equal in quality and reliability. The Tavor would be my choice because of the compact Bullpup design which has a Shoulder Stock and longer barrel. It will be more stable and accurate when shooting, have approximately 5 to 600 fps higher velocity with the same ammunition while still being compact. It has the best versatility of the two firearms. A: David, The firearm is not prohibited in MD. Only the standard capacity magazine that is MD prohibited. Just request BUDs to pull the standard capacity magazine. Then buy your own MD restricted Galil magazines.

A: YES, MD LEGAL. However, the 30rd Magazine is not legal in MD, contact Buds customer service to ship the firearm with reduced capacity or without the mag. I hope this helps!
