The Kel-Tec PLR-16 is a lightweight, gas-operated semi-automatic pistol designed for silhouette shooting, hunting, and recreational use. Chambered for both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO, it uses the familiar AR-15-pattern magazine format and a reliable Johnson/Stoner breech locking system. The 9.2-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 for compatible muzzle devices and includes a muzzle brake. An integrated accessory rail supports the addition of an optic or other compatible equipment, while the handguard and adjustable standard sights provide practical handling and aiming capability. The package includes one 10-round magazine.
