Product Overview
The Kel-Tec PMR-30 is a lightweight semiautomatic pistol chambered in .22 WMR and designed around high-capacity rimfire performance. Its 30-round magazine supports a 30+1 capacity, while the 4.3-inch 4140 steel barrel and 7075 aluminum frame help keep the unloaded weight to approximately 14 ounces. Glass-reinforced nylon components contribute to its low weight and durable construction. The PMR-30 features dual opposing extractors, captive coaxial recoil springs, a urethane recoil buffer, a heel magazine release, night sights, and an under-barrel Picatinny rail. A single captive pin allows straightforward field disassembly for cleaning.

Love this pistol. My...
Love this pistol. My dad had one of the first iterations and installed the (Kabo?) Kit upgrades and carried it for years. Always enjoyed getting to shoot it and so eventually bought this later version. The weight was a big seller for me when considering this versus the S&W .22 mag. Have had a couple FTF so far, but only needed to rack the slide again to chamber a round. Have shot 200 or so rounds through it so far. Seems the later versions fixed some of the earlier issue's, mine ran 2 mags of 30gr without a single problem. Overall a great carry pistol, the size and weight make it perfect for everyday carry, even if .22mag might seem underpowered for a defense round, you have 30 1 capacity to make up for it.

The gun is very...
The gun is very lighweight and easy to disassemble to clean. The gun shoots amazing! The muzzle blast with flame is amazing. The 22 wmr round is more powerful than we might think, worth another look! The fact that it holds 30 rounds is amazing. MCarbo makes a nice speedloader for the mags that helps allot. The only ammo that had some issues were the Hornady VMAX bullet which had a point bullet profile...those the gun didn't like. But then I switch to CCI Mini Mags Choot'em and those fire flawlessly magazine after magazine. This was a great addition to my collection. It wouldn't be a bad gun for home defense given how many rounds you have at your disposal! It is light so any woman or elderly person could easily handle. The trigger was crisp and short. These are truly a unique gun and well made by Kel Tek! Get yourself one!
