I'm retired from law...
I'm retired from law enforcement where I was also a firearms instructor, and have used and carried these handguns for several years (we carried Sigs on duty). Keltecs are not the prettiest firearms, but after owning 4 previously (a .32 and 380 also), mine have been completely reliable. I often carry a P11 (with 15 round S&W magazine), and also pack it while backpacking, as the unloaded 14 oz weight is incredible. The bottom line is that I've been happy with mine after running over 400 rounds through it.

Purchased the Keltec...
Purchased the Keltec P11 from Bud's that was quickly shipped to my FFL. Brought the P11 home and dis-assembled, cleaned, lubricated and re-assembled the P11. Went to the range and fired around 70 rounds of Freedom Munitions 9mm 124 grain brass. Pistol performed flawlessly. The pistol is very light, concealable and accurate. Sights were OK but you may want to ad night sights for CCW. I was tired from pulling the very heavy trigger, however for a CCW I believe it would be a good choice for someone on a budget. Only comes with one magazine and I wish Keltec would fix the extremely long and heavy trigger.
