Its steel frame and slide receive a Blue/Black finish, while the five-inch match-grade steel barrel is fitted with a stainless steel match-grade bushing for consistent accuracy. Fixed Meprolight Tritium 3-dot night sights provide a visible aiming reference in reduced light, and front strap checkering helps maintain a secure grip during recoil. The single-action trigger is factory set at approximately 4 to 5 pounds. A frame-mounted thumb safety, grip safety, full-length guide rod, lowered and flared ejection port, and black synthetic double-diamond grips complete the traditional 1911 configuration.
