Unfortunately, this...
Unfortunately, this Kimber Desert Warrior didn't function reliably. It was a Jam oh Matic. I had constant failures to feed and to go fully into battery even using Wilson Combat magazines. I used factory 230 grain ball ammo. I disassembled and re oiled all the components and even did an extractor tension test and even changed out the recoil spring to a Wilson Combat 18lbs to no avail. It looks like the feed ram geometry was a bit off making the 230 grain FMJ hang up and not feed properly. I would recommend going with a Springfield Armory or Colt over this.
