First, I swapped out...
First, I swapped out the silly wood grips for a Hogue rubber wrap around grip that was meant for the micro 9. I had to trim a little bit but they were inexpensive and add a slightly larger diameter to the grip which was welcome due to large hands. Second, it took about 200 rounds to break this piece in. It felt and shot like crap until I crossed that 200 mark. Now at 600 rounds it shoots like a dream. I can hammer a 4"x4" at 35' with all 8 rounds. I'm shocked at how accurate it is, I love it's ~25oz weight fully loaded, and I love the 380 round for a piece this size. Third, I am glad I choose to support the small contingent of subcompact, all-metal, hammer-action manufacturers. The beaver tail is a huge plus and super comfortable. I believe it helps greatly with aiming and control on a piece this small. I bought this tool to conceal in public and on motorcycle trips. It has been great for both with a K8 tactical holster. I highly recommend so long as you are someone who will appreciate it's Grade A construction and make an effort to range shoot it regularly. In the world of subcompacts it's not the smallest, not the cheapest, not the lightest, and not the most powerful

In an earlier review i...
In an earlier review i spoke of a bad experience with a Kimber micro raptor 9mm and replacing it with another Kimber. Meet Mr. replacement! Kimber micro raptor .380. Sweet little gun!! Not heavy at all, recoil is almost non existent, weight distribution is perfect! Not to mention it's pretty pleasing in an aesthetic manner ( remembering you, J—-). Great for concealed carry!\r Tammy
