The Kimber Onyx Ultra Carry is a compact 1911 pistol chambered in .45 ACP, combining a lightweight aluminum frame with a highly polished stainless steel slide finished in deep black PVD. Cut scroll engraving and a border give the slide a distinctive appearance, while PVD-coated small parts complement the two-tone configuration. Its 3-inch ramped stainless steel barrel, full-length guide rod, front strap serrations, ball-milled grooves, and grooved aluminum mainspring housing support reliable handling in a compact carry package. Fixed Tactical Wedge night sights provide a visible aiming reference in low-light conditions, and the solid aluminum match-grade trigger is factory set at approximately 4.0 to 5.0 pounds. Black ball-milled Micarta thin grips complete the pistol's refined carry-oriented design.
