This is my favorite...
This is my favorite carry pistol. Great trigger, excellent sights, good feel, surprisingly manageable recoil even in rapid fire, and looks good to boot. Mine did have a few failures to go all the way into battery in the first 100 rounds (by a few, I mean maybe 5 times), but it started behaving after another range session. I installed an "extra power" recoil spring assembly anyway, and it hasn't hiccuped since (probably 500 more rounds). It has fed hollow points, FMJs, Plated flat points, and lead round nose bullets equally well. With a 200 grain bullet load that clocks 994fps out of a 5" barrel, this gun gave an average of 847fps. 230gr loads averaged 764fps. Sights are dead on and accuracy is excellent.

Just got the ultra...
Just got the ultra raptor yesterday and already put 100 rounds thru it! Target rounds blazer aluminum casing. Not a single hiccup! The gun reflects quality. A bit snappier than the pro carry but manageable and the best for concealing. Next it will be the 6" barrel to have the whole kit!😆 Thank you Buds!

Of course ignoring the...
Of course ignoring the photo this is the 3" Ultra Raptor. In the past several years I have owned I think three Sainless Ultra Raptors and one Black Ultra Raptor. The stainless ones were flashy but I have always been partial to black pistols, especially for concealed carry. I don't know that this pistol has changed much since the first one that I owned in probably 2010 or 2011, but it seems to be an improvement of the fine ones that I owned in the past. Cosmetically it is much the same except the round butt frame and how tight it feels (in a good way). Fit and finish are excellent on this one, a pleasure to look at and hold and fun to shoot. My hands are getting old but the recoil on this little 45 is very manageable. So far with only a two hundred rounds through it it has been reliable and fired both round nose and hollow points with no problem. I like the size, the quality and perfomance of this little 45. The sights are bright and unlike some shoots to point of aim. I am not going to comment on Buds except to say this is about the 125th gun that I have bought from them. I will comment on some of the people who purchase guns here. I have been buying from Buds since 2009 and rely on reviews on guns I purchase. If you start your review by " Buds was great but I haven't shot the pistol yet but it is really pretty" stop and wait until you have put a few rounds through it and give a brief review of whatever gun it is and how it performed.Buds is a good place to buy guns, that is why we are here. Even after so many purchases, I rely on reviews about guns I am thinking of puting my money on not whether " I paid on Tuesday and got my gun on Thursday and it is the best looking gun I ever saw". Does it work as it should? They all don't. How's the Quality? Are you happy with how it worked on the range? These are questions some of us would like to know, not that the "girl at the gun shop couldn't quit smiling when she opened the case". Please try and give an honest opinion of the firearm you are reviewing.
